Broadway Market is a unique place! I have visited it a few times but I never got round to writing about it . So this post is a little bit of a mass up really. Half broadway market half outfit post, just to try something new!
So, for those who haven’t been to London or who have , but they haven’t really, you may be thinking that London is all about Oxford str , Soho, Mayfair and Knightsbridge. Well it is, but not only that. The fun normally takes place on the East side. And while you can get the big brands around Knightsbridge and Mayfair and walk in your Choos and Louboutins, what you really want, is to experience London style at its best. And that only happens on the East side. Where you can dress up as you wish and relax !
Broadway Market is greatest on a Saturday. Be it Spring, Summer , anytime really ,you can enjoy the market stalls from early in the morning, where you can find food, crafts , clothes and the local shops where you can find London style fashion , vintage , if you like it, bookshops , flowershops and relax in the local cafes, pubs and small restaurants.
In the spring/ summer, on a nice day you can join the rest of the Londoners in the nearby Victoria park , for a barbecue or a picnic or just a lie in the sun.
A definite must visit!
During my latest visit, I obviously did a small photoshoot , which I include in this post so you can get a background of how it came about. For this I chose a quite relaxed style-it’s East London after all – with high waisted boyfriend jeans, printed shirt , boots and my favourite BOY london snapback.
Enjoy xx
